The 92,220 SF tilt-up concrete building is an ingenious combination of communal office space (15,000 SF), storage unit space (70,000 SF, and a retail shipping company, putting everything necessary to run an online business under one roof.
My involvement in this project included programming, site and building analysis, code research, design development through sketches and multiple iterations in SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop, construction documents development in Autodesk Revit, material selection and specification writing, construction administration, and construction observation.
