PMA Architecture

This early childhood center is new 9,000 SF construction designed to replace an outdated facility to better serve their mission of teaching and nurturing children. The limited construction budget was met by utilizing wood stud and truss construction with a unique board and batten hardieboard rainscreen exterior, and a natural wood clad entry to provide a soaring, inviting entrance.

My involvement in this project included schematic design, code research, design development, material selection and specification, and some work in construction documents.
