Morehead City Hall Study
This project for the Town of Morehead City includes the evaluation of all of the town-owned properties through building condition surveys, space needs analysis for the town government through 2033 determined through interviews with key department personnel, and the development of 6 viable options for the consolidation of all government services under one roof through the reuse, adaptation, and expansion of existing buildings as well as new building construction.
My involvement in this project included programming, site and building analysis, project cost and feasibility analysis, schematic design, and design development through sketches and multiple iterations in SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop.
